Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Visakhapatnam.

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in our open plot projects, explaining project details, answering customer queries, and following up with leads.





The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property requirements, providing information about available plot projects, and coordinating with the sales team to arrange site visits and customer meetings.

The Telecaller will also maintain accurate customer and lead records, conduct regular follow-ups, update lead status, and ensure that potential customers receive timely information and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for open plot projects.
