Position - Architect / Interior Designer

Experience - 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Create space planning, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and finish selections.
- Coordinate with the Project Team, Site Supervisors, Vendors, and Consultants during project execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design coordination.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support senior architects in project planning and client presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing
- Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Banquets, Resorts, Restaurants,



or Commercial Interiors will be preferred.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.
- Positive understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
