About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing executive who can own our content, design, lead generation, and campaign execution end-to-end. This is a generalist role for someone who can create compelling visual content while also planning and running marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results — inquiries, bookings, and partnership leads.
- Key Responsibilities_

Campaign Management
- Set campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets in line with business goals (footfall, bookings, brand awareness)
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution
- A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign performance
- Manage vendor and media partnerships for promotions, sponsorships, and collaborations
- Report on campaign performance and ROI, and recommend optimizations

Lead Generation
- Create landing pages, forms, and lead magnets (offers,



downloadable content, contest entries) to capture inquiries
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead to optimize campaign spend
- Identify and pursue recent B2B lead channels — travel trade, corporate/MICE, hotel concierge networks, and online marketplaces
- Run retargeting and referral campaigns to convert website/social traffic into bookings

Content & Social Media
- Plan and execute a content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Shoot, edit, and publish Reels and short-form video content that captures the studio experience, behind-the-scenes moments, and key attractions
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional copy aligned with brand voice
- Track trends and adapt content formats to maximise reach and engagement

Graphic Design (optional)
- Design visual assets for social media, brochures, signage, merchandise, and campaigns
- Maintain brand con
