About the Role:
Betterway is seeking a Physiotherapist (Homecare) to provide expert physiotherapy care to our patients. The role focuses on promoting mobility, independence, and overall physical well-being through personalised treatment plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments for patients to evaluate strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility concerns.
- Develop and implement customised therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide treatment for othropedic and neurological conditions such as arthritis, joint pain.
- Offer rehabilitative care and pain management through manual therapy, exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment.
- Educate patients on protected mobility practices and preventive exercises.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress reports.




- Coordinate with the in-house medical team of doctors and paramedics for care planning.
- Conduct periodic wellness or mobility sessions for patients as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT ) with a valid registration with the respective State or National Physiotherapy Council.
- 0- 1 year of clinical experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional in approach.
- Availability to do home visits as per scheduled appointments or requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
