iScala / ServiceMax Techno Functional Engineer:
Johnson Controls is looking for a techno-functional qualified who can help shape, support, and improve critical business systems that enable service operations, reporting, and process efficiency. In this role, you will work across iScala, ServiceMax, and connected technologies to deliver reliable solutions for users and stakeholders.

Role Overview:
As an iScala / ServiceMax Techno Functional Engineer, you will bridge business needs and technical execution across ERP and field service platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, support system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions are delivered with quality, clarity, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for iScala ERP and ServiceMax environments across business and support processes.
- Analyze user and business requirements, and translate them into practical system solutions, configurations, reports, and integrations.
- Support Build, SIT, UAT, deployment,



and hypercare activities for enhancements and implementations.
- Work on functional areas such as Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, and Dispatch Console.
- Support localization, electronic invoicing, and statutory or regulatory requirements as part of ERP operations.
- Develop and maintain reports using MS SQL Server, SSRS, and related tools as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis, track defects, and support issue resolution through to closure.
- Assist with upgrades, regression testing, data migration activities, and process documentation.
- Prepare training materials, conduct end-user training, and support adoption of new or updated solutions.
- Create and maintain support documentation, functional specifications, and run books for operational continuity.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and solution stakeholders to deliver stable and scalable outcomes.
