1. He should have knowledge of Kraft / Design Machine Operation like (Genest, HR, MHPL, Chinese Impregnators). And He should have knowledge of Paper and Resin Parameters.
2. He should oversee daily operations by setting priorities, delegating task and overall shift management.
3. He should have knowledge of basic Machine Maintenance & Operational logics.
4. He should have knowledge of Workplace safety requirements like Use of PPE, Fire fighting equipment's, MSDS & SOP's.
5. He should develop current operators by their on job trainings and Measure their performances and also ensure daily reports are being made correctly and circulated to top managements.
6. Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
