Job Summary

The City Manager will be responsible for leading business development, sales, distribution, operations, and market expansion across Chennai. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to build high-performing teams, and experience managing channel partners to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute the city business plan to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, key accounts, salons, pharmacies, and modern trade partners.




- Expand Cuatro Labs' presence across Chennai and surrounding markets.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Sales & Channel Management
- Drive city sales performance by strengthening distributor and retailer relationships.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Improve product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities.

Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day city operations, ensuring efficient coordination between sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve operational issues to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
