1.Cultural Training & Internal Enablement
- Deliver systematic training on Middle Eastern culture, religion, and lifestyle to ZG China HQ teams.
- Build and maintain the "ZG Middle East Cultural Knowledge Base," regularly updating cultural insights, consumer trends, and social media highlights
- Provide religious and cultural compliance reviews for product selection, visual assets, and marketing copy (e.g., human imagery, color symbolism, pattern motifs, holiday expressions)

2. Dubai DTC Website Localization
- Conduct comprehensive audits of the ZG Dubai DTC website from a local consumer perspective; propose and drive localization improvements includes:User Journey, Religious Adaptation, Visuals & Content, Product Display, Religious Adaptation etc.
- Collaborate closely with ZG China teams (UI/UX, Product, Operations) and external web development vendors to ensure localization effectiveness
- Drive the development and content review of the Arabic-language website version

3.Middle East Marketing Strategy Support




- Support the Brand Marketing team in developing ZG's overall marketing strategy for the Middle East, including brand positioning, target audience profiling, and localized translation of core value propositions
- Support the Brand Marketing team in planning and reviewing marketing campaigns suitable for the Middle East, covering channels including but not limited to: Social Media, YouTube, Search Engines, Influencer Marketing etc.
- Contribute to developing a Middle East-exclusive membership program and CRM strategy tailored to local consumer loyalty dynamics

4. Middle East Commercial&Marketing; Calendar
- Support the ECOM team in developing and maintaining the "ZG Middle East Annual Commercial Calendar," aligning marketing activities with key Middle Eastern dates includes

Religious Holidays, Commercial Events or other Mega Events.
- Synchronize the commercial calendar with ZG's global product launch cadence; develop Middle East-specific
