Basic Criteria Good knowledge of Solidworks software

Creating 3D parts from 2D drawing

Creating assembly in Solidworks

Detailed drafting of parts and assemblies

Sheet Metal Operation - bending, cutting, lancing

Weldments knowledge

MECHANICAL DESIGN KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of mechanical Components like fasteners (Types of Bolts, nuts, washers, Tap size, Circlips)

Types of Threads (Metric & Inch)

Good knowledge of mechanical components like(Gears : Spur, Helical, Bevel,Sprockets, Chain links,Belt, Pulley)

Types of Bearings

Types of Springs : Compression, Tension

Positive knowledge of Materials Selection like SS, MS, EN8, Brass, Gun Metal, Cast Iron, PP,etc

Brief Knowledge of Pneumatic Components and how to select them like Cylinders, FRC, Connectors





DOCUMENTATION
- Create complete bill of material including
- Mechanical BOM
- Electrical BOM
- Pneumatic BOM
- Prepare Laser cut files for sheet metal and Nesting
- Make Production file of Parts
- make record of laser cut files & handover drawings

Prepare Machine layout

Good Knowledge of M.S. Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
