Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound channels, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and market expansion.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and communicate business value effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline updates.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Must Have:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.




- Robust experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship-building and business development abilities.

Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B sales, IT Services, or the technology industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Odoo CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
