Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and civil projects:
- Coordinate with client, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare and track project schedules, micro-plans, and progress reports
- Review and monitor drawings, shop drawings, BOQ, and material approvals
- Ensure site execution as per quality, safety, and timeline requirements
- Handle MEP coordination (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire systems) with interiors
- Manage billing certification, variations, and documentation
- Conduct site inspections, snag closure, and final handover planning
- Ensure timely completion and smooth project handover
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 4+ years total work experience
- PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is mandatory:
- Hands-on experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects:
- Robust exposure to civil works execution (renovation/repair/finishes)
- Ability to handle site independently and manage stakeholders
- Willing to work on-site in Pune
