Manage and organize business data in Excel and other digital formats.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports, databases, and documentation.
- Make follow-up calls to clients, hospitals, and other stakeholders as instructed.
- Prepare and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in using AI tools and workflow automation for documentation, research, content creation, reporting, and business process improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sr. Regional Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
