YOUR IMPACT

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, continuous improvement, and operational health of the learning technology stack that powers learner experiences and program delivery.

This includes supporting the LMS, key SaaS integrations (e.g., Marketo), reporting and data flows, and custom operational tooling.

You will work closely with programming teams, vendors, and firm Learning Technology colleagues to gather requirements, identify enhancement opportunities, maintain platform reliability, and coordinate delivery of technical improvements. You will help define and maintain the product roadmap for the GSR learning technology ecosystem, recommending priorities and enhancements based on user needs, operational considerations, and platform opportunities. You will help with major roadmap decisions,



strategic tradeoffs, and platform evolution initiatives will be developed in partnership with and syndicated through the Learning Technology team to ensure alignment with broader firm technology strategy. Your success requires robust technical judgment, effective vendor and stakeholder coordination, and the ability to balance operational excellence with continuous platform improvement in support of the Global Social Responsibility (GSR) mission-driven learning programs.

You will support platform performance, resilience, integrations, security, and vendor-orchestrated delivery while partnering across program teams, firm functions, and external providers to deliver a high-quality learner experience at scale.
