Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent relationship management skills,



and the ability to understand customer requirements while recommending tailored seating solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify untapped markets, competitor activities, customer trends, and customer pain points.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking events, and existing business contacts.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, corporate clients, hospitals, hotels, multiplexes, and institutional customers.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their project requirements and business needs.
- Conduct regular field visits
