Mainframe to Cloud Migration Developer (Job Level 10)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data migration, EBCDIC-to-ASCII conversion, and validation activities.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy migration-related code changes.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and production cutover activities.
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation and support post-production stabilization.

Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Enterprise Developer.
- Proven experience in Mainframe-to-Cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with migration testing, code remediation, and deployment activities.
- Robust troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills
- Insurance Experience
- Knowledge of MQ, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and scheduling tools.
