Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, requirements, and regular communication.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
- Convince, guide, and assist clients with suitable solutions and services.
- Conduct client follow-ups and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, follow-ups, and requirements.
- Use social media platforms for professional client communication and engagement.
- Stay updated with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
- Quickly understand new projects, services, products, and business processes.
- Handle clients with a positive, confident, and professional approach.
- Support the team in achieving client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in client communication, customer relationship management, business development, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Confident personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new projects and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
