Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate appointments.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer inquiries.
- Explain Haritha Wellness’s treatments, therapies, and wellness programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations and appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/call logs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with doctors, wellness consultants, and the operations team for appointment scheduling.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Eligibility & Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales.
- Intermediate, Any Graduate, or equivalent qualification.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
