Key Responsibilities:
- Type ultrasound (sonography) reports accurately and promptly.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Verify patient details before preparing reports.
- Coordinate with radiologists and doctors for report completion.
- Print and hand over reports to patients as instructed.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient registration when required.
- Support billing and front desk activities during free time.
- Maintain proper documentation and departmental records.
- Follow all hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management.
