Assistant Manager - HR (Factory)

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions at the factory.
- Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance management.
- Plan and execute manpower requirements for production and support functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
- Coordinate mass hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management and maintain accurate HR records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory-related HR compliances.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
- Support performance appraisal, employee development, and talent management initiatives.




- Coordinate training programmes and monitor employee development activities.
- Work closely with factory leadership to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Eligibility
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, payroll, and HR operations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or factory HR.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
