Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on technical interview, relevant experience, and performance)

About the Role

Venyora is a fast-growing premium D2C fashion and lifestyle brand. We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Lead who can take complete ownership of online sales and customer acquisition. This is a revenue-focused role where your success will be measured by business growth, not just campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive online sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Optimize ROAS, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and improve conversion rates.
- Manage Shopify promotions, landing pages, and product launches.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Improve website conversion through A/B testing and CRO.




- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and management to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- D2C brand experience is mandatory (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Luxury preferred).
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with Shopify and eCommerce marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
