Job Title: Dental

AR Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Review and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status.
- Submit claim corrections and appeals.
- Perform insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV).
- Obtain and track Pre-Authorizations (Pre Auth) for dental procedures.
- Coordinate with dental offices to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with dental insurance billing and AR follow-up.
- Knowledge of PPO, HMO, Medicaid, and commercial dental plans.
- Familiarity with software such as Dentrix, Eagle soft, Curve or similar.
- Experience with Pre Auth and EV/BV processes preferred.:
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Dental Accounts Receivable (AR).

Pay: ₹11,009.12 - ₹30,281.26 per month
