Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchase
- Create and manage Purchase Indents (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders
- Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and documentation




- Maintain procurement records and purchase documentation

Vendor Management
- Handle vendor onboarding and KYC documentation
- Maintain vendor database and commercial records
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, invoices and payments
- Build healthy vendor relationships for smooth operations

Accounts & Commercial Operations
- Verify vendor invoices before processing
- Coordinate with Finance for vendor payment processing
- Track outstanding invoices and payment status
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities
- Ensure compliance with internal commercial processes

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Track procurement and marketing budgets
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Operations teams
- Support seamless exe
