Position: Sales Executive - HVAC / AC Systems

Job Summary We are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of AC products and solutions (split, ductable, VRF/VRV, chillers) to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AC/HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications to clients
- Coordinate with technical/engineering team for site surveys, load calculations, and feasibility checks
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and corporate clients
- Follow up on AMC renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of services
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline




- Coordinate with the service/installation team for smooth order execution and after-sales support
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred: Engineering, Business, or related field); diploma holders with relevant experience also considered
- 2-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in AC, HVAC, or electrical/electromechanical products
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic technical understanding of AC systems (helps in client discussions)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
- Valid driving license preferred

- Existing network of contractors, builders, or facility management contacts
- Experience selling commercial/industrial HVAC solutions
