Language Production Manager

Position Summary

The Production Language Management role merges quality ownership and process management into a single strategic function. As a PLM, you will manage language quality, assets, and workflows for assigned accounts, ensuring operational excellence and innovation in production delivery.

What You Will Do
- Own quality and production processes for assigned accounts.
- Serve as the main customer contact for production-related services.
- Create, maintain, and improve account language assets and tools.
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Support deployment of MT and GenAI workflows.
- Collaborate with GDC and CoE teams to ensure delivery excellence.

To Be Successful You Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or related domain.
- 3-5 years of experience in localization, production, or quality management.
- Demonstrated success working on several accounts or programs
- Strong leadership,



organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage processes and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
