Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies for the Hospitality & Design Magazine, print & digital, corporate events, conferences, awards, webinars, roundtables, and other related activities. This role requires a agile individual with a strong understanding of Publishing & event management and marketing principles, capable of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through successful event marketing campaigns. Show extensive growth of Print Titles and digital foot prints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the 2 Publications, events, including conferences, awards, webinars, roundtables and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives and brand messaging.




- Identify target audiences and tailor event marketing strategies to engage and attract them.
- Promotion:
- Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance event reach and impact.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution of all event-related materials and experiences.
- Analysis:
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including lead generation, attendee engagement, and RoI.
- Gather and analyse attendee feedback to inform future event planning and strategy.
- Maintain relationships with attendees, partners, and sponsors post-event to foster ongoing engagement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the editorial, design, sales, product, and tele-calling teams to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives with broader company goals.
