Job Title: Area Sales Executive/ Trainee Area Sales Executive

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Appointing SS/DB in planned towns/market in his area to help SR/SO service trade and execute market orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- MOM achievement of focus brand targets
- Train and Develop SR/Sales officer to help deliver their targets and ensure compliance of sales reporting app by SR/SO and self and improve efficiency.
- Promote products/services and create brand awareness in the assigned territory.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Do Joint field work with SR/SO for 22 days and to market audit as per SOP.
- Address queries of retailer and stockiest and provide solutions if take help of his ASM/RSM
- Ensure consistency of customer billing of stockiest to drive repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy Execution
- Observe and share market trends, competitor activities.




- Provide feedback on market demand to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.

4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Update management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in [industry-specific field].
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
