Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing - Primary Focus
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, and others.
- Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to adjust content strategies.
- Set up, run, and optimize paid social campaigns (where required).
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and captions.
- Set up and manage drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and triggered automation.
- Track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Support content team with on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content planning.
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content to enhance organic search rankings.
- Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) for performance tracking.





Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Provide actionable insights to refine strategy and boost engagement and conversions.
- Run A/B tests and share findings with internal teams.

Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams.
- Stay informed about the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Contribute to the monthly marketing calendar and assist in planning content and campaigns.
- Support digital lead generation activities including webinars and virtual events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and social insights.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
