Checking Setup of Testing Department/OPD Chambers

Checking availability of adequate Inventory in the Department

Checking Departmental Record of Cleaning/House Keeping on daily basis

Checking of Attendance and availability of Technician/Reporting Doctor/Phlebotomists and House Keeping in the Department on daily basis

Follow up with Ops Manager for Backup of Technicians/Phlebotomists/Doctors and other Departmental Staff in case of Absenteeism

Follow up with technicians on actual Turn Around Time (TAT) of each Test in the department and deviations if any, Make sure all reports will be ready before 6pm.,

Follow up on any URGENT reports to be released

Handling Departmental Grievances for Patient, Technician, Machine Breakdown

Dealing with Complaints and Grievances of visitors & Reporting of any Departmental Issue to HO

Checking cleanliness of Waiting area, Pantry, Stairs and Toilets





Checking availability of Security Guard and Token Management

Checking Billing to Reports of Patients

House Keeping Outsourcing Bill Checking along with Maintenance and HR

Certification of Bills for Tests Outsourced

Payment of Doctors Referral Fees
- Confirmation (if required) in co-ordination with Sales & Accounts department

Procedures & Chamber Charges
- Certification

Checking & Forwarding of Centre Expenses

Checking and chasing up posting for Discount, Refund, Corporate Billing, Outstanding & Advances and Short payment status

Coordinating with Reporting Doctor/Referring Doctor and Marketing personnel, To maintain liaison with top 100 referring
