Quality Executive

Yash Seals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Executive to join our manufacturing team at Wada, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of plastic security seals.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Perform first-piece approval and patrol inspection during production.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Implement and follow up on Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints and support quality improvement activities.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.




- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Monitor rejection and rework to improve process quality.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing company.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience in plastic injection moulding or plastic component manufacturing.

Pay: ₹10,089.38 - ₹32,477.93 per month
