Marudhar Arts is a leading auction house specializing in rare and antique collectibles, including coins, stamps. we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant.

Job Title:* Accountant Assistant

Salary:* As per market standards (Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month)

Key Responsibilities:*
- *Daily Banking Tasks:*Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation.
- *Payment Follow-Ups:*Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain positive client relationships.
- *Tax Management:*Oversee the filing and maintenance of all types of taxes related to labor, GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including MIS (Management Information System) reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- *Software Proficiency:*Utilize Tally for accounting tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.





Required Skills:
- Organize, file, and maintain invoices, vouchers, bank statements, tax records, agreements, and other financial documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure all files, papers, and records are properly labeled, stored, and maintained in their designated locations for easy retrieval.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, ensuring records are complete, organized, at all times.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and a well-organized filing system.
- Experience in banking operations, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, document management, and filing will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:*
- B.Com and other Finance related qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada
