Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support the India Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, order management, warehouse operations, inventory planning, and business analytics. The intern will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations while contributing to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Customer Operations
- Assist in monitoring and processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure order fulfillment.
- Support issue resolution related to order exceptions, delivery delays, and shipment discrepancies.
- Maintain and update order tracking reports.

Returns & Refunds Management
- Track and manage product returns and refund requests.
- Coordinate with customer service, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records and generate reports on returns,



refunds, and associated trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve return processing efficiency.

Warehouse Operations Support
- Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and stock movements.
- Support warehouse performance tracking, including inbound and outbound operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues.
- Participate in periodic inventory reconciliation activities.

Supply Planning & Analytics
- Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process through data collection and analysis.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on inventory levels, sales trends, forecasts, and supply chain KPIs.
- Analyze demand and inventory data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assist in developing presentations and business reviews for management discussions.

Qualifications

Education
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master
