Role Overview

Spazioliv is looking for proactive and execution-focused Project Executives to manage residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of interior projects.
- Ensure project milestones are completed as per schedule.
- Monitor daily site activities and progress.

Site Management
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Vendor & Material Coordination
- Follow up on material deliveries and installations.
- Coordinate with sourcing and vendor partners.
- Ensure material availability as per project timelines.

Customer Management
- Act as a point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Provide regular project updates.
- Address site-level concerns and escalations promptly.

Quality & Handover




- Conduct quality checks at every project stage.
- Ensure snag-free project handover.
- Maintain execution standards as per Spazioliv SOPs.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- On-time project completion
- Daily site progress monitoring
- Customer satisfaction score above 8.5/10
- Zero critical quality issues
- Timely escalation resolution
- Vendor and contractor productivity
Requirements

Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Interior Execution / Site Coordination.
- Experience in residential interior projects preferred.
