Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with premium clients.
- Handle VIP customers and ensure a luxury shopping experience.
- Monitor store performance, sales reports, and team productivity.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock control, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory,



and head office teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Retail Manager.
- Mandatory experience in High-End/Luxury Jewellery Sales.
- Robust leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
