Primary Responsibilities
- Call and manage inbound CRM leads within the defined turnaround time.
- Qualify leads by understanding student requirements and parent involvement.
- Convert inquiries into walk-in appointments through effective counselling.
- Follow up with warm leads and no-shows via calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates after every interaction.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Explain courses, fees, batch timings, career opportunities, and placements.
- Handle objections, EMI queries, and close admissions.
- Complete admission formalities and coordinate with the operations team.
- Report daily pipeline metrics and provide feedback on lead drop-offs.
Must Have
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; basic conversational English.
- Comfortable making 50-80 calls per day.
- Confident in Student counselling.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays.
Good to Have
- Internship or experience in sales/customer-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of IT courses or technology.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Prior counselling or tutoring experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,999.00 per month
