Position: Junior Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Qualification: B.Com (mandatory) | Diploma in Financial Management (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, purchase orders, and journal entries.
- Update bank transactions and maintain bank accounts in Tally Prime.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, files, and documentation.
- Record, monitor, and reconcile monthly business expenses.
- Prepare monthly GST data and assist in GST return filing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory/stock records on a weekly basis.
- Update accounts receivable records and perform customer account reconciliations.
- Coordinate banking activities, E-Way Bills, import documentation, and other finance-related administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance and support audit requirements whenever necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of banking procedures, E-Way Bills, import documentation, and related documentation.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory.
- Diploma in Financial Management will be an added advantage.
