- Field Presence in Bangalore. Represent Crita at founder meets, industry gatherings, and ecosystem events. Be visible, be trusted, be remembered.
- Inbound Qualification. Handle professional inbound conversations with founders and MDs. Assess fit, surface the real problem, and decide what to take forward.
- Problem Statement Authoring. Convert founder pain into structured briefs clear, specific, executable and hand them to the tech and strategy team for solution design.
- Pipeline Management. Maintain a clean, structured sales pipeline with lead status, follow-up cadence, and conversion tracking. No lead falls through the cracks.
- Market Intelligence. Feed founder pain points, competitive signals, and emerging needs back into Crita's strategy. You're the firm's eyes and ears in the market.
- Relationship Nurture. Build long-term relationships with founders, ecosystem partners, and community players. The pipeline is never oneand-done it compounds.
- What WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 0-2 years in sales, BD, or client-facing roles — ideally at a tech services or consulting firm




- Comfortable in a room with founders, CXOs, and MDs — confident, not pushy
- A genuine relationship builder who enjoys the offline game as much as the online one
- Strong written communication can distil a messy founder conversation into a sharp, structured brief
- Self-starter; generates leads independently without needing a system handed to them
- Based in Bangalore, available for local travel, events, and client visits
- Curious about business operations, growth constraints, and founder psychology
- Nice TO HAVE:
- Existing network in Bangalore's startup or founder ecosystem
- Exposure to FMCG, D2C, manufacturing, or MSME segments

Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline hygiene
Experience writing proposals, problem statements, or discovery documents
Experience in Saas.
