Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, liaisoning with government departments and key stakeholders, and promoting the company’s examination-related rental base services such as biometric verification, CCTV surveillance, frisking manpower, and videography. The role involves active participation in government tenders, client acquisition, and brand positioning in the examination and election services domain.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
- Identify and generate current business opportunities in government and private examination sectors
- Track upcoming tenders related to exams, elections, and surveillance services
- Coordinate with the tender team for bid preparation and submission
- Develop strategies to expand client base across different states

2. Client Relationship Management & Liaisoning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, educational boards, and institutions
- Actively liaise with government officials, authorities,



and regulatory bodies for approvals, coordination, and smooth execution of projects:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during pre
- and post-project stages
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

3. Sales Execution
- Present company services (biometric, CCTV, frisking, videography) to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

4. Marketing Activities
- Develop marketing strategies specific to examination and election services
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and company profiles

5. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze competitors and market trends in examination services
- Identify new service opportunities (AI surveillance, advanced biometrics, etc.)
- Provide insights for business growth and service improvement
