Job Description - Python Developer (LOS & LMS - Zoho)

Position: Python Developer (L1/L2 Support & Development) - LOS & LMS
Industry: NBFC / FinTech

Remuneration: 60,000-1,00,000 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) on the Zoho platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user queries, and technical errors.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts, APIs, and system integrations.
- Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation as per business requirements.
- Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Business teams for requirement gathering and system enhancements.




- Maintain system documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in Python development.
- Mandatory experience in LOS & LMS implementation, customization, or support.:
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho APIs, and Deluge scripting.
- Experience in API integration, database management, and automation.
- Understanding of lending and NBFC processes.
- Experience in NBFC, FinTech, or Banking industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
