Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's overall financial strategy, capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial growth, maximizing profitability, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting business expansion through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all financial and commercial decisions.
- Evaluate business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Lead financial planning to support sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

Capital Allocation & Investment Management




- Oversee capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize returns and optimize business performance.
- Evaluate and approve major expenditures, investments, and resource allocation across departments.
- Assess investment opportunities, business acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures.
- Monitor return on investment (ROI) and financial performance of key business initiatives.

Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor organizational financial performance and establish financial KPIs across business units.
- Drive profitability improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
- Present financial insights, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage corporate treasury functions, liquidity planning, working capital, and cash flow optimization.
