Role Overview

The HR & Operations Associate will serve as a key member of the HR team, supporting the Manager - HR & Administration in managing overall organizational operations, people processes, and cross-functional execution across all business verticals.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support the Manager - HR & Administration in overseeing the overall operations and day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- Work closely with department heads across PTGR, MadeAsMe, Retail, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Founder's Office, and other business functions to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Act as a central coordination point between departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks, projects, and organizational priorities.
