Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries from phone calls, website forms, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain Nature Grid Energy's solar products and services in a straightforward and professional manner.
- Generate qualified leads for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional solar projects.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for Sales Managers.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM.
- Update lead status after every interaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Customer Support teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Promote seasonal offers, referral programs, AMC services, and warranty plans.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduation preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Solar Industry will be preferred.
