Role Overview

This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, improving HR processes, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage salary structures, allowances, reimbursements, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and audit documentation.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.

Human Resources Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and workforce metrics.





Recruitment & Employee Support
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to applicable Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance records.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when required.

Employee Training & Development- Coordinate employee onboarding training and induction programs.
- Plan and administer general training, compliance training, and role-specific training

programs.
