Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software development.
- Acquire projects related to:
- Magento
- Shopify
- WordPress
- Laravel
- PHP
- React.js
- Vue.js
- Custom Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Build and maintain solid relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and follow-up meetings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in generating projects for web development companies.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Laravel, PHP, React, Vue.js, and SEO.




- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and project estimation coordination.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Existing network of international clients is an advantage.
