About the Family:
We are hiring an experienced House Manager for a well-established family residing in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The household consists of 2 adults and 2 children. The family is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented skilled to independently manage the day-to-day operations of the residence and ensure the household functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Household Operations:
- Oversee the complete day-to-day management of the residence.
- Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards across the property.

Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate all household staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure staff maintain professional grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Conduct basic training and ensure SOPs are followed.

Vendor & Maintenance Coordination:




- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for household equipment and infrastructure.
- Follow up to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

Inventory & Procurement:
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and consumables.
- Coordinate procurement of groceries, cleaning supplies, and other household essentials.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Maintain records of household purchases and expenses, where required.

Family Support:
- Anticipate the family's day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate household schedules and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle special requests efficiently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Administration:
- Maintain records of household expenses, maintenance schedules, warranties, and vendor contracts.
