- Convert inbound/outbound calls into qualified leads and closed sales, owning the funnel from first contact to conversion
- Pitch and sell financial products persuasively, handling objections confidently to move prospects forward
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales and conversion targets
- Qualify leads using credit/eligibility process knowledge to prioritize high-conversion opportunities
- Proactively schedule and close client meetings for the field/sales team to accelerate deal closure
- Track pipeline, leads, and conversions rigorously in CRM to ensure no revenue leakage
