About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate invoices for transportation services.
- Manage payment disputes and resolve discrepancies with E-commerce clients.
- Maintain accounts receivable and reconcile with client statements.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure on-time payments.
- Prepare billing reports, outstanding/aging reports, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for billing accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and taxation norms.
- Take full responsibility of the billing cycle and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing/accounts (transportation/logistics or E-commerce billing preferred).




- Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, Excel, and accounting processes.
- Robust experience in payment follow-ups and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jamalpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
