About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and training requirements.
- Counsel students about technical civil engineering courses and recommend suitable programs.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups until conversion.
- Address student queries regarding courses, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to enhance conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or admissions (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead follow-up and response time.
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
- Monthly admission targets achieved.
- Revenue generated through admissions.
- CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
