Shift In-Charge - Bio-CNG Plant | Short JD

Shift Operations: Ensure protected and smooth operation of the complete Bio-CNG/CBG plant.

Process Monitoring: Monitor digester, biogas generation, purification, compression, drying and CBG filling.

Parameter Control: Monitor CH₄, H₂S, CO₂, pressure, temperature, pH and gas flow.

Manpower Handling: Supervise operators and allocate shift-wise activities.

Troubleshooting: Handle process deviations, equipment trips and operational emergencies.

Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation teams.

Safety: Ensure SOP, PPE, PTW, LOTO, fire & gas safety compliance.

Production: Achieve daily production, quality and plant-efficiency targets.

Documentation: Maintain shift logbook, production report and equipment readings.

Shift Handover: Properly communicate plant status, abnormalities and pending activities.

EHS Compliance: Ensure environmental, safety and statutory requirements are followed.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
