This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people. Previous experience in co-working is a bonus, but not essential. If you're smart, well-organized, and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and office spaces are maintained to a premium standard.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendors.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and facility requirements.
- Assist with client onboarding and move-ins.
- Maintain occupancy records, meeting room bookings, and operational reports.




- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of work experience (hospitality, front office, administration, coworking, retail, or customer service preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in coworking, managed offices, hospitality, hotels, premium retail, or facility management.
- Experience coordinating vendors or handling client-facing operations.
