Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of Spartek Group. The role involves coordinating with customers, sales teams, dealers, distributors, factories, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, customer communication, and sales administration.

The Sales Coordinator will be based at the Head Office and will play a critical role in managing inquiries, tracking orders, maintaining customer records, and supporting business growth across all Spartek Group product divisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Support
- Attend incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors,



and project customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through timely coordination.

Order Processing & Coordination
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and closure of customer requirements.
- Maintain records of pending and completed orders.

Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare and issue quotations as per management guidelines.
- Generate proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation and payment tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.

CRM & MIS Management
- Update customer details, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM/MIS systems.
